This is fortunately (unfortunately?) normal for them. Check again in the morning. I can't tell you how many times I've run into this page as a night owl on disability. Having hours of operation on a website was until recently the dumbest shit I've ever seen.
This isn’t new. I’ve run into it several times over the years trying to access the site at night. A website having operating hours is really dumb but the SSA site has for a long time.
