He did not. The SC declared presidents immune from criminal prosecution for official acts. None of this relates to any criminal prosecution.

Criminal penalties are the ultimate backstop against violating court orders. If Trump is immune from criminal penalties & those who work for him are also immune (via his pardon power) then the Supreme Court has no means of compelling enforcement of its civil rulings. Period.
