I don’t wanna spread doom and gloom. I know how bad negativity can be on the mental especially if you have mental health conditions.
Just know your feelings are valid, it’s okay not to feel okay, and that you’re not alone in this difficult time.

Yeah I think alot of people are looking into leaving. I know I am. To Canada actually mostly because it's one of the few countries that allows in people with autism and is English speaking.
