Btw, customer service people who read those emails are usually pretty powerless in these situations. You’ll just make a bunch of individuals even more miserable. And left with tons of customer cases they can’t do anything with and that’s going to reflect badly on their “scores” and then pay.
The email idea is not to send angry emails to companies, but to cancel their marketing emails that you might have signed up for (or sometimes didn't). Totally agree, no need to make anything worse to people who are just trying to survive! Leaving reviews and why you're doing it is also a good thing.
