What gets mistaken for an intensity scale is the degree to which person has traits that make them stand out from allistic social norms. This is not ‘more’ or ‘less’ autistic, it’s ’autistic in a way that is more/less noticeable to allistics’. Autistic is autistic.

Autistic + intellectual or motor disability is NOT ‘severely autistic’ or ‘more autistic’, it is autistic with another disability. Similarly, ‘autistic but bullied into conformity’ is not ‘less’ autistic, it’s ‘traumatised’.

There is no hierarchy of autism. There isn’t even a reliable hierarchy of support needs, because these can vary from day to day, to week, to month, to year and so on

Neither autism nor allism; or monotropism/polytropism can be quantified on a linear scale.
