Some NY State Troopers don't even know it. I know of a couple of Puerto Ricans who were pulled over and they tried to give them a ticket for not having a NYS license even though their Puerto Rican license was up to date

It’s amazing how stupid America is on ave. It’s not 1 or 2%. It’s in the double digits & it is fascinating that America has been pumping their chest on the back & work of others.
