Agree! Know your lab animal model and what good information it gives you, but also what it doesn’t tell you. A common one is that mice are nocturnal while humans are diurnal, so most mice are dosed the equivalent of the middle of the night- different physiology. #chronobiology #betterdatasaveslives

If someone makes a health claim about humans based on an animal study, they’re misleading you.
Onions & garlic are toxic to dogs & cats at low doses because of the chemical N-propyl disulfide.
Humans don’t experience that—because every species is different.
