Best midfielder 100%. No one comes close to him in his position. But it's hard to compare what he brings to the game with attackers like Vini or even Yamal who affect the game way more directly isn't it

It is difficult to compare. But we can appreciate that a player like Rodri is indispensable to a team and drastically improves them across all phases.

I would argue that Pedri brings equal if not even greater impact, and does so in possibly more ways.

Sure, I mean this season though. Both Rapha and Lewandowski were mentioned by various outlets. But as Julio said, Pedri is just the best player on the pitch.
