Only the one lesson today, postponed from Monday, so I haven't lost any money this week, which is good. Other than that, I've got a meeting with one of my social workers - might get some cash from that, too. And a call from a surgeon about my prosthesis. And physio. Actually, it's quite busy! HAGD!

Yes indeed. Surgeon and prosthesis sorted. Social worker almost sorted (she needs to come again tomorrow for some papers). Wheelchair's coming tomorrow.

I've got what I was told to find, except for a wig but I'm not much bothered about that. No idea how the towels will look, I'm not worried, I've worn worse!

Sounds like a good day, hope you enjoy it. My news is that Alec sounds much better, they’ve taken the drain out of his lung and he’s waiting to be told when he’ll move out of intensive care.

Yes. He had a fall, has six broken ribs and his lung was punctured. He sounds much better now and they must be happy about the lung’s condition. He is in Toulouse, over 100km away and I can’t drive, so haven’t been able to visit.

Oh no, that sounds awful, 6 ribs! Ouch! I’ve only ever had bruised ribs and that was painful enough. How extremely alarming for both of you. May he continue to improve and speedily. 💐💐💐
