There's potentially suitable applicant for my job, that's encouraging. I must work on the masks, I've found a way to reshape them so I'm a bit happier with how they could look.

That's a subject calculated to cause divided opinions! Are dogs treated as family in Poland the same way there are in the UK? I have to say the Eastern Europeans I've encountered over here are very pro-dog, always wanting to ensure their children know how to relate to them.

Well, I did it with a dog owner. Interestingly, there doesn't seem to be the same attitude here to "dangerous" dogs. Here, if the dog's dangerous, it's always the owner's fault. There's no banning or regulations related to specific breeds, and dog attacks seem to happen less frequently.

Are there fashions in dogs as there are here, as an accessory or macho thing? I feel that is quite a problem here and leads to lack of socialisation and appropriate training.

Indeed, stay warm! Unfortunately the timer on my heating failed last night, so the heating was on all night. It'll be expensive, of course, but at least the flat is toasty!
