Representative Luna is no hero. She said she is “100% in favor of Trumps policies”. Her motive was not one of equality for parents it was so she could vote from home to continue to enforce Trumps horrific policies.

Luna called Speaker Johnson's bluff. He was trying to bring the Save & No Rogue Rulings Act to the floor and trash her rule. Luna & Petterson got 9 republicans and all democrats to vote against Johnson. The votes for those two bad bills never made it to the floor & baby moses send everyone home.

I've seen several instances of Johnson saying proxy voting is unconstitutional. I've read the Constitution many times, including today, and can find zero mentions of proxy voting. Am I missing something? If so, can someone please enlighten me?

Thanks for the explanation. He's grasping at straws. A quorum in person not being present would negate any voting, proxy or otherwise.
