Thankfully it's not widely adopted rn and it seems the work on this was built with this is in mind to make this less of a hassle in future lol

That's good!
WPA3 is required for WiFi 7, so while that doesn't have broad adoption. It does mean devices without WPA3 cannot connect to WiFi 7 access points

The team working on this seems pretty dedicated and talented so I'm not too worried for long run. For now I'm just happy I can once again get up to absolutely no good on the PSP browser just like old times lol
