This has been my experience as well. I had a Christian minister tell me gawd had given him the authority to "KILL" atheists and homosexuals. That was in the early 1990s Seems god never has anything nice to say when he speaks directly to these folks. 🤯

Please stop calling them Christians. The Bible says you'll know them by their love. You put good loving people into a bad light and subject them to scrutiny and even danger by such rhetoric. I understand the concept. But the facts show different

Unfortunately too often this is true. They claim Jesus but don't follow what he said, if they did they would seek to build bridges, not walls.

Some of us do try to follow his teachings as they were taught, but that does seem to be more of an exception than the rule
