Courthouses have lots of armed guards. If some agents try to grab somebody without the proper warrant, those guards should be arresting the agents for attempted kidnapping.

They can absolutely detain and arrest anyone lurking outside a courthouse using existing "see something say something" terrorism safety protocols. A badge isn't going to cut it, they need to prove they are citizens much less law enforcement. But put them in holding while we sort it out...

Charge them with state crimes- stalking, intimidation, interfering with state duties, trespassing, etc.
But yeah, flip it. Uno reverse it.
Start every hearing with "any ICE agents currently within the confines of this courtroom are ordered to identify themselves at this time". Then make them leave.

I was thinking the same thing. We need more security for judges now and I will not forget how a group of neighbors surrounded the car of a legal immigrant who ICE tried to take without a warrant. Where are the adult leaders to stand up to this? Our military is there to protect us. Yes???

Each state actually has a militia- the National Guard. The second amendment grants the right of WELL REGULATED militias to keep and bear arms.

It seems like protecting against lawless law enforcers might be an appropriate time to call out the Guard.

I dealt with the Constitutional rights of the states in regards to the 54 state, territories and DC National Guards on a very regular basis in my time at the Pentagon. They are considered militias under the command of the governor (mayor for DC) when not federalized. The 2nd is the basis for this.

NOTE:
The Second Amendment's foundational intention under the Founding Fathers was to prevent federal overreach against States and it explicitly mentions “well-regulated state militia.”

It is time for the States to form State Militias to constrain and restrict the overreaching federal government.
