I work there, PT & fairly new. I was impressed by emphasis on DEI in training. I was disappointed by the change in policy. The people in this location are a diverse group. I think that will continue. The leads & manager are good people. I agree with the boycott and think the policy should change.

I disagree with boycot. Target is a heavily Democrat company . Almost all the stores are located in or near big cities which are almost all Democrat led and majority Democrat . I don’t understand why we would shoot outselves in the foot and hurt a bunch of Democrats but to each his own .
