The Substance was good & one can be disappointed Demi didn’t win & it’s always important to unpack ageism/sexism in film, but I’m not convinced that demeaning Mikey’s talent by claiming she only won because male voters decided with their dicks is the bold feminist stance some posters think it is.

That said, interesting that two years in a row, the Academy chose best actress performances with a LOT of sex and nudity, plus Anora has the most F bombs per minute I've ever heard. Good movie, not great. A surprising win for me.
At least for me, the "rich guy/poor sex worker" story has been worn out since "Pretty Woman" made it fashionable as a trope. It's kind of ironic that a movie with youth and sex front and center won against "The Substance."
