With all due respect to them ... Mario Cuomo has been gone for years, and his son is a train wreck. But you're right: The younger vote *needs* to turn out in record numbers. The disaster of Adams happened in part because turnout was miserable in '21.

I read this election as more of a turnout v persuasion one, with Mamdani betting on turnout and a digital first approach and Cuomo doing the old school "run cable ads and get endorsements from trusted local elites" approach.
