Seems likely that US will threaten European and other countries that will seek to act according to the ICC arrest warrants, under Trump and maybe also under Biden.

I think there are a few things at play. The US will sanction the ICC under Trump, but the large majority of the world won't.

It is reasonable to expect that Netanyahu & Gallant will never be arrested as they will only travel to aligned countries and the US will threaten invasion if ever arrested.

Basically, the US will make an Israel-only exception to justice at the ICC very forcibly. It will make it clear to whole world there is an exception to justice, and prevent it in this case, but it will not mortally wound the ICC. This is the expect outcome, and it is fine.

Agree. This flaw was inherent in, and known from its establishment. Its why the US refused to participate. I have sympathies for both sides of the debate on whether it was a good idea or not.
