I don’t think this sign is unethical the way it would be in Europe or the Americas, but I can’t imagine it is effective? Are these people trying to help Gazans or are they accelerationists? I am being serious.
If I was going to write a sign to overcome bias against Gazans and mobilize Jewish help:
Nurit is from North Israel. She is warm in her aunt’s house in Tel Aviv. With her violin, she keeps her soul alive.
Fatima is from Gaza. She is injured from the cold and wet in her tent last night. Her voice is hoarse and her cello is in the rubble. We killed her music.
“If that party is needy, you shall not go to sleep in that pledge. you must return the pledge at sundown, that its owner may sleep in the cloth and bless you; and it will be to your merit before your God יהוה. Dev.24.12

All debts have limits. House Gaza”
“ Love the stranger; for you were strangers in the land of Egypt. Dev. 10. 19
We owe Gaza”
It isn’t hard to be persuasive— so why try so hard not to be?
I’m being very serious. Someone educate me. The incompetence seems so profound to me it reads like malice.
