Not to mention the massive chunk of market share they would capture at that price. At this point I think they have their greatest opportunity in recent history to take a huge swing at Nvidia. The cards just need to be in stock and readily available for MSRP.

Honestly if they released it at $550 and stock was still limited the scalpers would go even crazier. Stock/availability is still the key factor above everything else here. AMD needs to ship pallets of these cards to retailers on day 1.

They might be sitting on a pile of AI data center cards, which would be why they don't have a bunch of gaming cards, but.
