These were our Day 1 meetings at Parliament House (2 days to go) our focus with everyone we spoke to was safety, justice, freedom, a safety net & permanency for people seeking asylum. Especially a pathway to permanency for more than 8,000 people here who’ve been in limbo for 12 years.
