I don't believe in rank-choice voting. I'm 80 years old. I vote for the candidate I want only. And this will be Cuomo without a doubt. If he wasn't running in the primary I don't know who I would vote vote. Certainly not the Adams twins. They are the reason NY City is the way it is now.
