not sure this is accurate. I live in a very very small district with no major CEOs or any thing and it says 2 Trillion dollars will go to them and like 50M to the top .01% - good idea but maybe not 100%.. But THIS is the kind of thing I would love to have to show me what politicians were near me!
Hmm, sort of disappointing. Tried three different places I lived, in FL, IL, and WA, and was given the same info (aside from the name of the Rep). Work in progress I hope!
Would like to see much more specificity, like grants canceled for the area etc.
I work researching federal grants - it's a great idea but from my daily looks it is so all over the place right now.i.e. some aren't cancelling but 'pausing' and may or may not be cancelled down the line. But there are sites @altnih4science.bsky.social that show how much NIH adds to each state?
Not a bad example at all! just hard to specify with current chaos in grants. But past NIH, CDC and USDA-type grants or funding to state universities & hospitals are good measures. And infrastructure. I'm 100% w/you though - I want to people to easily see how it impacts them and their community.
They also already do press briefings and everyone can watch them on YouTube just follow the House Democrats page and then share those here so we can stop being outraged over nothing & focus on how Republicans are screwing us

Maybe grants were a bad example :)
How about IRA construction projects in the district, or something already voted on and passed? Lots of GOP taking credit for things they voted No on
