False comparison; Ukraine didn't invade Russia, commit horrific atrocities, and kidnap Russian and other civilians back to Kyiv to use Ukrainian civilians as human shields. The better question is whether the ICC would have indicted Roosevelt and Churchill. (It wouldn't have.)

I am old enough to remember last August, when Netanyahu was perfectly willing to provoke a civil war inside Israel over his bizarre demand that his judicial "reform" be passed, specifically demanding Israeli Supreme Court decisions must no longer be defined by "reasonableness".
