Don't ever buy "open box" from Best Buy. Sold me a broken TV. "excellent condition" and "inspected by Best Buy" mean nothing. I can return it for a refund, but not a replacement. This was a huge waste of time and money. Cosmetic damage is one thing. Non-functioning is another.
