I changed my diet to pescatarian and i avoid dairy and gluten as much as possible. And I started taking Elix chinese herbs at the top of the year. Between those things, I have seen alot of improvements. It was beyond horrible prior to those changes.
Oh thats awesome! And yes i am very familiar with the nightmare it can be 😂💀 When did you have the diagnosis surgery? Has it been going on for a while?
June 2022 but was dealing with the symptoms of it since I was in middle school (2000). Doctors prescribed their solution- birth control. Did that for years- it suppressed the extreme symptoms. When I stopped taking BC, the bad cycles returned two months later.
