In my 30+ years in Chile one thing hasn’t changed: Foreign tourists consistently rate #Valparaiso as their favorite city to visit, whereas Chileans themselves criticize the city as chaotic, unsafe, & poorly run. Trust the gringo. Valpo rocks. Anyone who thinks differently knows where to find me 🤣
