Test run for tomorrow’s cocktail - a Lion’s Tail, made with bourbon, Allspice dram, lime, simple syrup, and Angostura. If you don’t have allspice dram just make a quick cinnamon simple syrup and up the bourbon a little. Garnish with candied ginger or whatever you’d like. SO balanced and delicious!
