It’s hard if you are in it for the tv shows. If it’s movies, then it makes a lot more sense to spend that money on hard copies instead. I’ve thrifted a lot of dvds instead.
Is it actually 25? Wow. I turned it off cause the shows got bad. Anyone else notice art, television, movies, music etc. All took a nose dive after covid? Maybe it’s just my tastes. I dunno.
Do you watch four hours a month? If so it's cheaper than theaters, it's convenient, and there are no ads. I'm just not annoyed. I'd rather they keep an ad-free tier and get enough money to operate.
I canceled as soon as they announced the rate hike on the same day they announced their biggest profit quarter. It just felt a little slap-in-the-face.
