A person was found deceased by the Ferry Building in S.F. w/ no I.D.

Big red headed guy, over 6 feet tall, 288 lbs. Beard & mustache. Tattoo on forehead of a star with deer antlers. Did u see him or know anything about him? Hopefully we can give his family some peace. Thx.
