At this point I’m convinced one of the key failings of the Democratic Party, institutionally, is that they don’t believe in or stand for anything.

Earlier today the NY Times made a reference to a 4-page memo written by Seth London to build "a party within the [Democratic] party," a new moderate faction to spread influence.
