Curious choice in that Kikuchi improved by getting to an organization well known for pitching development, and choosing to go to one not known for that.

But Kikuchi brings with him the pitch-mix adjustments he made with the Astros.

Not surprised that the #Astros didn't get him. But disappointed. His combination of price and durability seemed useful for the Astros.
