(1/2) It was so refreshing to see Looney Tunes' 2D animation and voice actors (instead of celebrities) on the big screen. Very different from every other animated movie you'd see in a theater. But also the vibes of the movie made me uncomfortable at times lol. More like Ren & Stimpy and

(2/2) less like classic Looney Tunes. Mickey 17 was really good! The characters and world were very entertaining. The plot felt like one and a half stories lol. Maybe a little too long, narratively.

Just saw it, and yeah, it’s definitely not 100% classic Looney Tunes but I still had a great time! It still had enough of the classic feel to me. 😊

It almost felt like it could be a lost animation from the 90s. There are a few modern references but the vibes were pretty authentically classic
