As a lead of an ERG for a business, getting people to even claim disability anonymously was almost impossible. We were trying to get a better idea of % for reporting purposes, not even personal accommodations. No matter what you say, in this environment, no one will willing talk about it.

Being open about disability at work (for those with invisible disabilities) can be very stigmatized. I'm afraid the snitch line for federal workers on "DEI hires" will set any progress on this so much.
