I call their DC and local offices daily, about 50% of the time I get someone. One key is always pressing 2 for young and 3 for banks to speak to a person. Never press 1 to “leave a comment”

My county—20M. But my reality is my friend who is the lead researcher in stem cell use to cure Alzheimer’s had recently made a breakthrough. Now the lab is closed.
