Was talking to several friends today who work in white male dominated spaces & I don't think white Americans understand the sheer amount of failure in the US due to incompetent white men. Running businesses into the ground. Ruining inventions. Actively hindering deals. Falling for scams.

Hi Dante - I’m not sure classing all white men as the same is fair! We are all individuals and as Martin Luther King implied - we should judge each other by the content of our character and not the colour of our skin.

Hi Mina - my point is that under the skin we are all human beings. I was agreeing with Martin Luther King. What is important is not our skin colour but how we behave whether we are black, white, red or even blue.
