Yes, I hate fly tippers. But, goodness, it's all so lacking in big vision, isn't it? I expect the next announcement to be about using motor mowers on a Sunday afternoon.
I do admire the sentiment but They fly tip (blocking them in) on my friend's lane regularly but it's about two in the morning. Do we have to stake out hedgerows?
There’s a sign in a lay-by (sort of a lay-by) near me that says ‘No Fly Tipping’ and I can’t help but feel that the author has misunderstood the motivation of the fly tipper. On the other hand I’ve never seen anything dumped so possibly they’re easily put off.
