I put some biology videos to play out. It's a subject I'm interested in so I can focus on it, but at the same time it makes me sleep. I used to do that with airplane videos too, now I'm a plane expert and have a healthy sleep schedule lol.
Geralmente eu fecho os olhos e tento dormir de novo, pensando nas primeiras coisas que vêm a minha mente… e então umas histórias bem loucas vão começando a se formar e, sem que eu nem perceba, já estou sonhando!
Quando o sono não vem de jeito nenhum e nem esse procedimento ajuda, eu só choro mesmo

Oh, I didn't see this yesterday! Sometimes if listening to relaxing videos doesn't help me, I find getting up and doing a little bit of light cleaning or organizing helps me feel tired. (Like cleaning off clutter on my desk, or making sure all the dishes are washed and put up.)
I play a YouTube video or show I've seen before on my phone and then turn away from the screen.
The sound is familiar, so it's comforting to listen to, and helps me sleep!

季節関係ないのだと、環境音聴きながら寝てます
