I'm hoping you or somebody can answer a question.

I've been really good about masking but less so about hands. In the last 5 years I've had 0 Covids (based on molecular, RAT and antibody tests) and 3 "colds"

Where does H5N1 fall on the continuum between 100% airborne and "handwashing also needed"?

Thanks for sharing. I think something strange & wrong is emerging in medical settings; masks are being read as 'Anxious patient with mental health issues'. this is my personal experience. Anyone else out there? #LongCovid

Yes. I was asked why I was wearing a mask and told to see my GP about my mental health by the random registrar of the day who I saw at a consultant clinic appointment last year. I had not raised the subject of mental health and never seen that registrar before.

A nurse physically tried to stop me putting my mask back on & insisted that I could not breathe. They ignored me when I tried to tell them where they would get a vein, I had a seizure bc they kept going and ignored me. They said I had a seizure bc I was needle phobic. I worked in a needle exchange
