There are some incredibly powerful YRC tools, such as Zwei YRC or VCL YRC, but this is more of an issue of the special it's tied to than the YRC mechanic in my opinion. After all, no one complains about Helter Skelter YRC despite it acting very similarly. Turns out Johnny's just bullshit!

The issue isn't "YRC is too strong a tool" here, the issue is that "two of these special moves are stupid good when YRC'd to enable dumb okizeme options" and both those moves have the feature of being air OK projectiles that lead to fshiki/low mixups.
