The majority of people in this country are semi-literate (at best) and are entirely incapable of critically evaluating information. On top of this we have been subjected to the largest and most sophisticated propaganda campaign in human history.
I never understood the tag “elites” for Dems. But I do understand why Repugs should be called elite, especially now that we have an oligarchy government under trump !!!
Because yuppies are really annoying on an interpersonal level and the big house / downtown apartment complex people are right there up in people’s faces while billionaires are a distant, abstract threat. Upper income professionals are just not well liked and they’ve become the face of liberalism.
US literacy: 54% of citizens 16-74 @6th-grade level. Politicians don’t want a well-educated electorate capable of critical thinking.
Mental health cut to nothing the last 40 yrs. 20+%diagnosed mentally ill. 120/100k have early-onset dementia, 6Mil have dementia & Alzheimers.
Most can still vote.
My rage is focused on all those who place themselves above the men, and women, that have created the wealth you elites enjoy. Don't forget that, and think they are stupid. There is more of us, than all the elites upon this planet.
