My advice is to find time during the day, free time, and do something fun (not media anything). Breathe, relax, and come back later. I also suggest having passports ready and thinking of any international jobs and living you can. The future is very unpredictable. Be ready for anything.

Right now, in a commercial sales manager for Autozone. The past several years. They’re the only place that did a background check on me and still gave me store keys and safe codes, and stayed gainfully employed throughout covid lockdown.

Find something you enjoy offline and do that regularly. For example fishing, grow a garden, drive nice roads. It sounds flippant but actually it's good to take your mind off things. Then come back and bonk, bonk, bonk.

Yes. I’m 46 and am a little banged up, but I’m sort of a Jack of all trades. Just not a master of any of them. I did carpet and tile for many years. Concrete laborer for a few. A property manager for multi units in Chicago for a year.

If our immigration opens up again it will likely be focused in this area. It was mostly temporary foreign workers that were cut and the permanent resident portion by 100k. Its probably honerous, but we'll always need all home construction skills.

set of indictments for treason/election interference. Clinging to hope that she is building a case which will be brought forward once it’s solid & there’s a plan to protect Americans from the riots/unrest that will no doubt become our reality.
