Surprised myself to think of Bach last, because I agree, he is the GOAT. Haven't heard anything of Schubert I didn't like, but I don't have perfect taste.
It's all personal taste except for Bach. You have clarity enough to recognize the Germans as a class unto themselves. I would put Wagner on the list. As far as Schubert, I just get him confused with Schumann who I really don't like lol
