I'm hopeful it does work, but will not be terribly surprised if it doesn't. Either way, I appreciate him trying & his understanding that call-ins work better than call-outs when you're trying to build relationships or pursing long-term change. It's great that he's focusing on solutions.

Yep, but I can empathize with why he's trying to reframe things. Lander is a diplomat looking to sew the divide on the left. He's gently calling-in moderates who would otherwise likely get defensive & dig their heels in, in opposition to more progressive ideals. It's smart. He continues to impress.
