Sunrise was at 7:50am this morning in Toronto. Many TDSB elementary schools start around 8:30am. If the "permanent Daylight Savings Time" advocates get their way, children will be walking to school in winter in darkness, with school starting *before* sunrise which will be at 8:50am.
