I have been extremely emotional and moody and overwhelmed and my tummy has been killing me. Keep in mind that I am trans, but I dunno what it could be. Also I feel absolutely fucking drained and I keep feeling like I need to cry for 0 reason

Yea that, plus evidently trans ppl also get periods minus the blood. Idk how it compares exactly but I feel like it explains my deal for sure
