Hey, that's great. But correct me-- Even if it's a warrant -- it's still not an injunction/ order from the court to you. A warrant is a set of restrictions the officer has to abide by. Following a warrant just means they haven't acted unreasonably under 4th amendment. It doesn't give them authority.

So in the case of a state government (running a school) wouldn't they need 1) authority from Congress, 2) properly acting under that authority, and 3) Congress had the power to grant that authority. ICE entering state government school facilities to terrorize brown Americans seems to fail all three.

After all, the supremacy clause only means the powers properly exercised get supremacy. Interfering with the operation of state government is something Congress would arguably not be able to do and certainly hasn't authorized in our immigration laws.
