Bravo. This has been on my mind. We can all buy Canadian but what are our restaurants using. I know the margins are small in many restaurants so it's going to be tough.

My daughter works in a restaurant. They, of course, have inventory to use. Patrons have been rude about the ingredients used - did they expect a restaurant to discard everything American produced? I didn’t do that in my home. I used what I have and didn’t replenish.

Give your daughter hugs from me. I'm sure they will do as much as they can in purchasing but giving your local businesses grief is only going to hurt our local Canadian businesses and the people who work there. Particularly the small mom & pop businesses that have smaller margins. We can fight /1
