this might be ambitious but i'm thinking i might try to force myself to do 20-30 minutes on the exercise bike b4 bed every night. my sleep has been atrocious for years and maybe this will help me actually sleep well for once.

oohhh careful not to do it Too close to bed, it can mess with circadian rhythm and keep you up later (I found this the hard way when I decided to do pre-bed treadmill), there’s a diff sweet spot of timing for everyone i think cuz the body has to shake adrenaline of exercise before good sleep hits
yea!!! It’s def influenced by the intensity of exercise too, something like yoga or a gentle walk was totally fine for me right before bed but if I did any sprinting I noticed it’d keep me up longer (but the sleep WAS really good when I finally drifted off)
i just started doing a walk/jog (nearly) daily on the treadmill for anywhere between 30-90 mins a little over two weeks ago and let me tell u… i pass out the moment my head hits the pillow now. i hope u have the same results AND GODSPEED ON UR JOURNEY!!! U GOT THIS!!! 💪😤
