I know that we all have our own issues as well as I do. But remember that your past does not define who you are. I know that behind this screen is someone who can become a much better version of themself. I need you to focus on the present instead of the future or the past.

I’ve learnt the hard way on how thinking about the past is only going to hurt and drag you down, while thinking about the future will only make you feel anxious and worried about what’s to come next.

So try to live in the present as you’ll experience more peace and happiness throughout the process.

If you feel like it’s starting to be a little too much, don’t forget to ask for help. It’s anything but weak and un-manly. Asking for help means you’re confident enough to admit that there is a problem. Asking for help means you’re strong enough to face and work through your emotions.

So go see a therapist, talk to that psychologist, visit that counselor, or anyone you feel comfortable to share to. Remember about your loved ones.
